Better Employee Health Plans
We’re a boutique health benefits advisory firm that helps employers cut costs, expand access to care, and empower employees.
10-50% Savings
The average cost of employee sponsored insurance is $812 per month for employee only coverage and $2,400 per month for family coverage.
For many employers, these rates, with 15-40% cost increases per year, are unsustainable.
We provide strategies to reverse your cost trend.
10x the Delight
Our approach brings consumer friendly innovations that increase access to care, put money in people's pocket, and offer maximum choice.
Protect Your People
We offer four types of health insurance options. The right choice depends on your employee count, goals, company culture, and risk tolerance.

ICHRA
An ICHRA (Individual Health Coverage Reimbursement Arrangement) was made possible by a 2019 federal rule and went into effect Jan 1, 2020. Some think of ICHRA like a 401k for healthcare, where an employer sets a defined monthly contribution for health coverage based on employee class, age, and location. In some states and situations, switching to an ICHRA brings 10+% cost savings. An ICHRA is worth exploring if these apply to you:
- Want to give maximium choice and control to your people- they select the carrier and plan they want
- Want a predictable budget and control over year to year cost increases
- Are offering employee sponsored coverage for the first time
- Have a large number of remote employees across state lines
- Want the tax advantages that come with traditional insurance

Small Group
We have appointments with all the major carriers, including Regence, Moda, PacificSource, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna and United. With small group, your rate is based on a composite of employee age and location only (community rating). We recommend shopping for the best rates every year.

Large Group
Large group is similar to small group except that insurers take into account your organization's claims experience into rates. So you may be able to save money by encouraging healthy behaviors and smarter healthcare utilization.

Self-Insurance
In most cases partial self-insurance delivers you the greatest costs savings and maxium control over your plan design. It's not as scary as some think. You buy stop loss insurance at a specific individual amount. For example, if you select $25,000 you pay individual claims up to this amount, and then the stop loss insurer pays for amounts exceeding this number. The higher the stop loss number, the lower the stop loss monthly premium. You can also buy aggregate stop loss insurance that limits the total amount your group pays per year.

Maximum Choice
You have a diverse workforce. Offer a range of plans that meet each person's needs and wants.

HSA Plans
