AI Doctor with Option for Human Doctor Video Visit
AI doctors are here and are impressive at coming up with a probable diagnosis based on symptoms and demographic information. They're especially useful for rare and complex conditions and for second opinions. This program offers an AI doctor to start, with the option to schedule an on-demand video visit with a real doctor for confirmation and meds, if needed.
Direct Primary Care (where available)
Direct primary care is a relatively new offering where a person or employer pays a monthly subscription to a physician for a bundle of primary care. This often includes unlimited office visits, chat, video visits, and basic labs and tests. It is not and does not go through insurance. It's a great way to get ahead of any health problems and avoid large medical costs downstream.
Hospital Concierge
No one should have to be in the hospital alone, and even family and friends can be overwhelmed by emotions and activity. 10,000 preventable medical errors occur every day in hospitals, adding risks and costs. This program offers 1:1 support from admission to post discharge, smoothing information flow, planning, and outcomes.
Benefits Navigator
Co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles...health insurance brings confusing terms only a few of us understand. And that's just the beginning. Our Benefits Navigator program uses a dedicated Slack channel to educate and empower your employees to make good benefit decisions. One to one support is available on a HIPAA secured channel for any employee who needs extra help. We're an extension of your HR department.
Flexible Health Reimbursement Accounts
Let's face it. If you're a self-funded start-up, a very small company, or in an industry with super tight margins, offering group health insurance may not be possible.
Enter Health Reimbursement Accounts. Through these, you can set a defined dollar amount to be placed into an employee's account on terms you set. Then, your people can use these pre-tax dollars to pay for insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses. It's a great way to help them and in turn build loyalty and retention of high value employees.
